Sales Director – Luxury Interior DesignLondon, UKAn award-winning, internationally recognised luxury interior design studio is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead business development and client acquisition at the highest level. The company is celebrated for creating bespoke, timeless, and exquisite interiors for discerning private clients, developers, and hospitality brands, with a portfolio spanning high-profile residences, super-prime developments, and landmark projects worldwide.The RoleThe Sales Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy, identifying and securing high-value projects in both the UK and international markets. Acting as a brand ambassador, they will nurture relationships with UHNW individuals, luxury developers, architects, and property agents, ensuring the studio remains front-of-mind for world-class design commissions.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives
  • Identify, approach, and convert high-value new business opportunities in the ultra-luxury residential and hospitality sectors
  • Build and sustain deep relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and collaborators in the property and design ecosystem
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and international showcases
  • Work closely with the design and leadership teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded and the brand promise is consistently delivered
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in target geographies
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in sales leadership within the luxury interiors, architecture, property development, or related high-end design industries
  • Strong network among UHNW clients, developers, architects, and real estate professionals
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially astute with the ability to develop long-term revenue growth strategies
