We're working with a high-end interiors specialist delivering technically complex, design-led fit-out solutions for landmark projects across the UK. Known for quality craftsmanship and premium finishes, the business partners with leading contractors and architects across luxury hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors.

With established operations across Europe and ambitious growth plans in the UK, they're looking for a Sales Director to drive commercial strategy, build long-term partnerships, and lead expansion in one of their most critical markets.

?? The Opportunity:

This is a key leadership hire for the UK business. You'll be responsible for winning new work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and expanding the company's presence in the high-spec interiors market.

You'll work closely with internal project, estimating, and design teams to deliver solutions that blend custom manufacturing, technical detail, and elevated design: from joinery and metalwork to upholstery and architectural finishes.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy targeting high-value fit-out and interior contracts
• Build relationships with main contractors, developers, architects, and consultants
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate project scoping and seamless delivery
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Represent the business at a senior level within the construction and design community
• Help shape commercial structure and processes as the UK arm continues to grow

?? You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Proven experience in a Sales Director or senior BDM role within fit-out, interiors, or construction
• A strong network across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, architects, and key stakeholders
• Commercial expertise and confidence negotiating complex project deals
• Experience with bespoke manufacturing and high-spec project delivery
• A hands-on mindset with the strategic capability to build long-term value
• Based in or near London with the ability to be in the office 2-3 days/week
