We are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative join our hugely successful Sales team. This position will be solely focussed on using our marketing tools to book qualified sales appointments for the wider Sales team at Kubus. IT channel sales experience is not essential, and we will consider those with sales experience in other industries if they are willing to learn.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Target new clients, creating new leads by researching, cold calling, using LinkedIn and other platforms to initiate new relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across the company in compiling proposals and delivering pitches.
  • Achieve KPIs set for outbound calls and activity.
  • Developing go-to market strategies utilising the tools available within the wider organisation to generate leads and develop engagement plans.
  • Attend seminars, technology events and other networking opportunities to build your knowledge of the industry.
  • Maintain and update all lead information accurately within CRM and any other relevant systems.

Experience & Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM desirable.
  • Intermediate level Excel/Office/email etc.
  • Confident in both cold calling and warm calling into new and existing accounts.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong prospecting skills using various platforms and methodologies.
  • Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.

Salary & Benefits:The salary for this role ranges up to £35,000 per annum, depending on previous experience within a similar role. We also have a competitive commission scheme.

Location & Hours:Usual working location will be at our office based in Kemble, Gloucestershire. We also have a flexible Hybrid Working policy which enables a mix of office and home working.

Our working hours are 37 per week: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00/09:00-17:30 & Friday 08:30-16:30/09:00-17:00.
