Sales Development Lead:Department: Sales & MarketingIf you’ve spent the last few years successfully selling new homes in South West London and are ready to take the next step in your career, this opportunity offers a platform to lead from the front on a standout residential scheme in South West London.We’re looking for a confident, motivated Development Sales Lead to take full ownership of the sales journey on-site — from enquiry to exchange. You'll be the face of a prestigious new development, working independently to drive direct sales while managing the customer experience to the highest standard.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the on-site marketing suite, ensuring everything is show-ready and aligned with a premium brand image.
  • Drive direct sales by proactively managing enquiries, bookings, and customer follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local agents to extend reach and secure referral sales.
  • Report weekly activity and sales performance to the senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support local campaigns and on-site events that generate leads and boost visibility.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards across the show homes, communal areas, and marketing collateral.
  • Support and help deliver successful launch events, open days, and VIP viewings.
  • Share feedback from customers and market insights to inform pricing, marketing, and product decisions.
  • Deliver a five-star customer journey, making every interaction memorable and professional.
  • Play a key role in hitting sales targets and contributing to the success of the development.
