You'll be the face of a prestigious new development, working independently to drive direct sales while managing the customer experience to the highest standard.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the on-site marketing suite, ensuring everything is show-ready and aligned with a premium brand image.
- Drive direct sales by proactively managing enquiries, bookings, and customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with local agents to extend reach and secure referral sales.
- Report weekly activity and sales performance to the senior leadership team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support local campaigns and on-site events that generate leads and boost visibility.
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards across the show homes, communal areas, and marketing collateral.
- Support and help deliver successful launch events, open days, and VIP viewings.
- Share feedback from customers and market insights to inform pricing, marketing, and product decisions.
- Deliver a five-star customer journey, making every interaction memorable and professional.
- Play a key role in hitting sales targets and contributing to the success of the development.
