Our client is seeking an Electrical Sales & Customer Services Advisor to provide support within our Electrical Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within the industry with a "can do" attitude.

• Order processing onto their internal system.
• Answering external or internal sales calls, emails, or order requests.
• Providing general sales support and office administration duties.
• Handling customer complaints competently and professionally.
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing quotes.
• Liaising with carriers, chasing deliveries, and managing bookings.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and departments.
• Performing activities typically associated with a busy sales and customer services/administration office.

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Competence in handling B2B or B2C customer interactions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing complaints.
• Attention to detail and a trustworthy character.
