YOUR ROLE:Welcome customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on curtains, blinds, shutters, and flooring.
Measure customers' homes accurately and provide tailored quotations.
Complete sales and process payments efficiently.
Manage telephone and email enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Place supplier orders, receipting deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock and administrative records.
Assist with general admin tasks, filing, emailing, cashing up, and light cleaning duties to keep the showroom welcoming.
Drive to customer homes and supplier locations as required - a full UK driving licence is essential.
Participate in formal and informal training to develop your skills.
