Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily export sales order processing and ensure smooth communication between sales and operations.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
- Oversee delivery documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and shipping partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Demonstrate ambassadorial skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Internal & External Stakeholders:
- Internal: Sales, R&D, Quality, Procurement, Production, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain.
- External: International customers, logistics providers, customs and regulatory bodies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or export coordination.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365).
- Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
