Sales Coordinator - Reed : Job Details

Reed in Birmingham are partnered with this brilliant manufacturer based in Coleshill. 

They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. They have grown 20% from last year and are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is keen to grow existing accounts while providing exceptional sales support.

You will be instrumental in managing key commercial accounts and supporting business development through effective account management strategies.

What is on offer to you

Salary = £28-30,000 per annum

Location = Coleshill, office based initially during training then hybrid working can be available once settled in

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide comprehensive sales support to Commercial Accounts, ensuring efficient account management and customer satisfaction.
• Actively work on growing existing accounts by identifying and leveraging new opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance of key accounts, analysing trends and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Support Business Development and Sales Managers by preparing accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Assist in managing the company’s social media presence, helping to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous sales support or sales administration experience is desirable
• Or office based customer experience can be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
• Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills, capable of effectively articulating information and engaging with clients.
• Demonstrated experience in raising quotes and supporting sales teams with administrative tasks.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
