Customer service experience is essential for this Sales Coordinator role, along with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and to question discrepancies on the orders coming through.

Sales Coordinator Duties:

• Supporting the Sales Desk by processing orders, dealing with telephone enquiries, and handling new account applications.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Building relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities with existing customers.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.

Sales Coordinator Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-centric approach.
• High level of accuracy.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with a knack for keeping detailed records.
• Self-sufficient when needed and able to work to deadlines.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

What’s in it for You:

• Salary: £27,000 to £31,000 depending on experience.
• Holidays: 23 days holiday including Christmas shutdown plus Bank Holidays, with an annual increase of 1 day up to 26 days.
