Responsibilities of a Sales Co-Ordinator:
- Make effective use of the CRM system by updating and maintaining it alongside the regional tender and live projects
- Take ownership of customer relationships, following up and providing detailed updates to both current and potential customers in a timely manner
- Identify and secure new customers, accounts, and orders to drive business growth
- Maximise customer account expenditure within agreed credit limits to increase revenue
- Regularly trade with suppliers, actively re-pricing work to remain competitive in the market
- Seek and establish market knowledge, competitor activity, and customer trends
Requirements of a Sales Co-Ordinator:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the building supplies sector
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
- Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and financial goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven and customer-oriented, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
