£26,000 – £30,000 + Commission

Responsibilities of a Sales Co-Ordinator:

  • Make effective use of the CRM system by updating and maintaining it alongside the regional tender and live projects
  • Take ownership of customer relationships, following up and providing detailed updates to both current and potential customers in a timely manner
  • Identify and secure new customers, accounts, and orders to drive business growth
  • Maximise customer account expenditure within agreed credit limits to increase revenue
  • Regularly trade with suppliers, actively re-pricing work to remain competitive in the market
  • Seek and establish market knowledge, competitor activity, and customer trends

Requirements of a Sales Co-Ordinator:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the building supplies sector
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and financial goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven and customer-oriented, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
