The Role: Sales Investment Broker
You’ll be selling structured property investment products to sophisticated investors, including family offices, institutional buyers, and high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be trained to understand the financial mechanics behind each deal, the psychology of investor decision-making, and the nuances of off-plan property across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Selling off-plan, regeneration, and commercial property assets
• Managing inbound leads and converting warm prospects into committed investors
• Conducting consultations via phone, Zoom, and face-to-face
• Advising on yield projections, exit strategies, and deal structuring
• Building long-term relationships across London, Dubai, and the USA
• Maintaining CRM visibility and pipeline performance
• Collaborating with marketing and research teams to refine investor targeting
