Salary: £35,000

12 Month FTC

Based in Basingstoke

REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Sales Consultant. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in sales within the Housing Sector/Estate Agency or affordable housing. 

As a Sales Consultant your duties will include but are not limited to:

• You will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales journey, dealing with both Open Market and Shared Ownership plots sales
• Taking operational responsibility for a range of new developments across several sales locations, including all aspects of presentation, stock management, achieving sales of properties in line with agreed targets
• Targeting customers and follow up leads
• Proactively identify potential sales, customers and create ‘forward' interest and subsequent viewings
• Follow-up all sales ‘leads', qualify and progress customers to ensure that sales targets are met.
