- Tailored Recommendations – Offer bespoke solutions tailored to individual business requirements.
- Additional Service Promotion – Highlight and introduce broader offerings to existing clients.
- Brand Representation – Attend community functions, business expos, and local networking events as a brand ambassador.
- Exceptional Client Care – Provide top-level guidance and support at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Regulatory Adherence – Follow compliance protocols and internal processes with precision.
- Professional Growth – Stay informed on industry updates and participate in regular product education.
Your Profile:
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and converting new sales leads
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset
- Approachable, professional, and focused on client outcomes
- Confident with digital tools (e.g. MS Office, CRM systems like iFaces or Insights)
- Previous experience in commercial insurance is beneficial
- Working towards or holding Cert CII is desirable
