Join our team as a Sales Consultant and play a pivotal role in advising and selling professional learning products to a diverse range of customers. This role is perfect for someone with a strong desire to engage both reactively and proactively with customers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs while achieving sales targets. This position is based at our Openshaw Campus but includes remote working options, offering a blend of flexibility and support.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Advise customers and sell a wide range of professional learning products to new and existing customers across various industries.
  • Tailor or bespoke design programme solutions to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Gather intelligence on customer needs to share with the business and senior managers to continually improve the product offering.
  • Represent the brand through excellent product knowledge and skilful questioning to match the right product to customer needs.
  • Convert inbound enquiries and pursue outbound leads to enrol customers onto courses, maximising sales opportunities.
  • Identify potential leads and collaborate with Business Development Managers for follow-up.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, resolving any exceptions promptly.
  • Undertake a range of administrative tasks with a high degree of responsibility and judgement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team to enhance processes and systems.
