We are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Sales Coach /leader to join our vibrant & passionate sales force. As a sales coach /leader you will be responsible for the ongoing development of new hire through their initial & critical 3 months live post training supporting them as individuals through core coaching, call listening, & any additional training.
Working closely with Training & development & Team leaders you will work consultatively to maximise performance & continued improvement.
The ideal applicant will have previous sales coaching or sales team leader experience with an emphasis on coaching & development within a B2B sales environment and have a passion for mentoring individuals to optimise their sales potential

Key Responsibilities
To be responsible for the mentoring & development of New Hire Sales Development Representatives post training for their critical 3 months first live
To work collaboratively with team leaders & learning development to ensure development plans best support the business & new hire
To update & maintain Salesloft & internal CRM
Support individuals to increase productivity, performance & revenue
Monitor & analyse performance
Support business leaders and the wider business by sharing of ideas.
