My Client is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to prepare commercial tenders from the receipt of enquiry through to final submission, including technical work-up of pricing. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent graduate or someone with knowledge of an engineering environment who is driven to join the internal sales team of a leading business with excellent career progression opportunities.
Key Duties:
- Develop relationships with the client base in procurement as necessary
- Prepare sales quotations from enquiry receipt to submission and follow up
- Liaise with Sales Managers regarding bid compilation.
- Complete commercial conditions and other bid clarifications.
- Submit bids through client media systems.
- Support hand-over secured contracts to the execution team in line with company procedures.
- Report all work concisely, accurately and regularly as required by company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records as required by company procedures.
- Improve current tendering resources to improve accuracy, efficiencies and communication internally and to client.
Pay & Benefits:
