• Basic salary: £28,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
• Realistic OTE: £65,000-£70,000 (uncapped)
• Car allowance
• Monday to Friday role, with Saturday rota
• Long-term progression opportunities within a stable, growing agency

The Role

• Take full responsibility for the performance and profitability of the branch
• Lead from the front on market appraisals and instructions
• Manage and mentor a team of negotiators to hit targets and deliver high levels of service
• Drive new business generation and nurture existing client relationships
• Ensure compliance and strong attention to detail throughout the sales cycle
• Represent the brand positively and proactively within the Reading market

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record in residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Branch Manager level
• Strong instruction-winner, confident in converting valuations
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• High-energy, fast-paced and able to thrive in a busy environment
• Naturally resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
• A positive leader who brings the best out of others
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
