Up to £28,715 per annum + training + bonus + career progression

Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant at our London City branch, you’ll be the face of CEF for our trade and retail customers. You’ll support the team in delivering excellent service, building relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders and handle enquiries efficiently
• Provide product advice and offer solutions to customer needs
• Help manage stock levels and displays
• Support the wider team with deliveries, paperwork, and daily tasks

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in electrical products (full training provided)
• Previous retail or trade counter experience is an advantage, but not essential
