Based in the heart of Colchester, our client is a fast-paced Sales and Marketing company, who represent some of the most well-known brands in the country and with current expansion means that they are looking to develop their sales team with forward thinking individuals with a passion for driving growth, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

What they are looking for:

• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills required.
• No Experience required, however experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, Hospitality or other face-to-face Customer Service roles is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
• A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences.
• UK resident or eligible to work full-time (over 20 hours/week) in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers, within the Colchester area, to address inquiries and provide information.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Building strong connections with consumers, boost brand awareness and deliver memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Showcasing in-depth knowledge of brands and offering personalised recommendations.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
