This position will be an integral part of continuing their top tier service.This is a chance to work with a fast growing company assisting their Sales and Lettings team, you will be the bridge between landlords and tenants, from initial enquiry to the signed lease. From scheduling appointments and ensuring the move in process is carried out in line with the company procedure. You will be the pillar that ensures everyone is well informed and comfortable throughout the process maximising effective and accurate diary management.The company are based just a short walk from Hampstead station and pride themselves on their award winning service, going above and beyond, constantly developing themselves to stay ahead of the market and to ensure they are recognised for giving a great customer experience.As Sale and Lettings Administrator, you duties will include:* Drafting and sending out tenancy agreements* Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents* Dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings* Organising pre and post tenancy paperwork* Filing safety certificates* Typing valuation and instruction letters* Assisting with marketing projects* Updating and maintaining company website* General sales & lettings administration Lovely role for a sales & lettings administrator to join a fantastic team where no two days are the same.
