Sales Analyst - AD Finance : Job Details

Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Sales Support Analyst to join an exciting business based in Leamington Spa. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales effectiveness through data analysis, customer service support, and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance by customer and product category.
• Track weekly sales metrics by representative and sales channel.
• Coordinate activities within the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Aid in sales forecasting, evaluating both value and product type.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide reports on the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
• Monitor and report on activity against sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
• Excellent customer service abilities, including effective communication and experience with CRM systems.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting complex data.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and experience with financial reporting systems.
• Familiarity with sales reporting and forecasting techniques, and proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
• Attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and adept problem-solving skills are highly desired.
