Sales Agent

Location: Leamington Spa

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 with Excellent Benefits

Our client, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking an engaging and proactive Sales Agent to join their dynamic sales team. This hybrid role involves working 2 days per week from the Head Office in Warwick.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Agent

- Utilize prospect lists provided by the Marketing Department to cold call potential customers.

- Arrange appointments for the field sales team to conduct visits or close sales over the phone.

- Research and identify potential prospects using online resources.

- Profile prospective customers and capture relevant data.

- Re-engage with former customers to assess their interest in resuming services.

Candidate Requirements ofSales Agent

- Proven experience in outbound telesales and multi-channel contact within a call centre environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing prospect records and outcomes.

- Competence in using Outlook for scheduling appointments.

- Familiarity with Excel or Access databases.

- Understanding of telephony systems, including auto-diallers.

- Exceptional verbal communication and telephone selling skills.
