Sales Advisor - Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Macildowie are working with this leading consumer services business based in Mansfield to recruit a Sales Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £27,000 - £31,000, with opportunities for progression and performance-based rewards/bonuses.

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the buying journey, offering excellent customer service and support at every stage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal and sales skills who enjoys working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Maintain strong local knowledge, including schools, transport links and competitors.
• Convert enquiries into visits through effective lead management.
• Demonstrate products and pricing with confidence to close sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in sales within a customer-focused environment (such as retail, banking, estate agency, hospitality or service industries).
• A candidate who may be open to working on some weekends.
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of competitor activity.
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, target-driven and motivated to succeed.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
