Sales Advisor – Warm Leads | Manchester | £24,500 + OTE £40k–£50k
Location: Office-based, ManchesterHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We're recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading property surveyors, who are expanding their Manchester-based sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive environment where warm leads and referrals are ready for you to convert into confirmed bookings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls using a dialler system.
- Converting warm leads and referrals into confirmed bookings for surveys and valuations.
- Clearly explaining service options, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Managing leads and follow-ups through a CRM system.
- Organising your own workload to ensure efficient case management.
- Meeting monthly income targets and contributing to team goals.
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and call quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales-focused role, working to targets and KPIs.
- Confident phone manner with excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy.
- Proactive, persuasive, and highly organised.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Confident and outgoing personality to set you up with the best chance of success
Salary & Perks:
- Base Salary: £24,500
- OTE: £40,000–£50,000+
