The Sales Advisor Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be on the frontline of our campaigns, representing clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. You’ll be trained in customer engagement, sales techniques, and campaign strategy - all while earning real-world experience that sets you up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor:

  • Interact face-to-face with customers to promote products and services
  • Provide expert knowledge and friendly support to help customers make informed choices
  • Meet daily and weekly targets in a structured, performance-focused environment
  • Attend regular coaching, training sessions, and team meetings
  • Offer campaign feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategy
  • Progress toward senior and team leadership roles through our internal development programme

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission
  • Year 1 OTE: £28,000-£32,000, with top earners reaching £35,000-£40,000+
  • Weekly bonus potential of £150-£250+, depending on performance
