Sales Advisor - Wolseley : Job Details

Salary:

Up to £25,000 + Bonus

As a Sales Advisor based at our High Wycombe branch you’ll be responsible for:

• Serving our customers on the trade counter, establishing their individual needs and offering advice on products.

• Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive proactive approach to build relationships with customer ensuring excellent customer service.

• General warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Plumbing and heating knowledge would be beneficial though not essential as full training will be provided.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.

• Sales, customer service or warehouse experience would also be an advantage

This role is full time working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm (occasional Saturday 8am-12pm)
