As a Sales Advisor based in Battersea, London you’ll be responsible for:

• Serving our valued customers on the trade counter, establishing their individual needs and offering advice on products.

• Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive proactive approach to build relationships with customer ensuring excellent customer service.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team - no previous industry knowledge is required as full training will be provided.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.

• Sales, customer service or warehouse experience essential

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
