Sales Advisor - Adecco : Job Details

I am recruiting for a local family business which supplies commercial catering equipment to the UK catering industry and processes thousands of orders each month. Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for a Sales Advisor. You will manage telephone or web requests promptly to enhance our customer's sales experience. Listening attentively to the customer and addressing their requirements.

Duties

? Taking inbound calls and capturing both over-the-phone and online orders

? Checking availability against stock and supplier

? Managing and processing purchase orders for our account customers

? Building rapport and using effective questioning if needed to identify the most suitable products

? Ensuring customers have completed the checklist on the website to ensure appropriate products are purchased.

? Ensuring if products are out-of-stock, order and add to the pre-ordered board or offer alternatives.

? Checking payment is authorised using stripe/ 3 d captured, Amazon, PayPal - running basic fraud checks as required

? Oversee delivery by suppliers

? Become knowledgeable on our brands and products

? Contribute to bottom-line sales. Work with the wider sales team to hit revenue, margin and sales conversion.

? Pushing brands and offers and upsell when appropriate and required.
