We are recruiting a proactive Sales Administrator to support a growing business in Poole. This is a great role for someone who enjoys writing, coordinating tasks, and producing high-quality documents that contribute to winning new contracts.
The Role
- Support the preparation, writing and formatting of bids, proposals and case studies.
- Coordinate timelines, deadlines and contributions across the Sales team.
- Assist with bid submissions and maintain the content library.
- Prepare quotations and keep the CRM system up to date.
- Ensure documentation meets internal and industry compliance standards.
Person SpecificationEssential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, including confident use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality written documents.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams and departments.
Desirable
- Experience with public sector procurement, tenders or frameworks.
- Knowledge of fire, security or electrical test & inspection industries.
- Previous experience in consultancy, procurement, bid writing, or similar.
- Familiarity with Joblogic or other CRM systems.
