Job Description :

We are recruiting a proactive Sales Administrator to support a growing business in Poole. This is a great role for someone who enjoys writing, coordinating tasks, and producing high-quality documents that contribute to winning new contracts.

The Role
  • Support the preparation, writing and formatting of bids, proposals and case studies.
  • Coordinate timelines, deadlines and contributions across the Sales team.
  • Assist with bid submissions and maintain the content library.
  • Prepare quotations and keep the CRM system up to date.
  • Ensure documentation meets internal and industry compliance standards.
Person SpecificationEssential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills, including confident use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality written documents.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams and departments.
Desirable
  • Experience with public sector procurement, tenders or frameworks.
  • Knowledge of fire, security or electrical test & inspection industries.
  • Previous experience in consultancy, procurement, bid writing, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Joblogic or other CRM systems.
