Your new companyMy client is currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their well-established business based in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach to play a key role in supporting sales operations and service delivery.Your new roleAs the Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the company inbox and handle incoming calls professionally
  • Generate accurate customer quotes in a timely manner
  • Review and process incoming sales orders
  • Schedule appointments and liaise with field engineers
  • Complete internal processes and pass jobs through for invoicing
  • Provide supporting documentation to customers as required

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in applying for the position of Sales Administrator, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
