The Role: Sales Administration with a Global Reach

As part of a small, fast-paced team, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling customer enquiries and providing timely, professional responses
• Preparing and formatting quotations using Microsoft Excel- including intermediate functions such as VLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting, and pivot tables
• Liaising with internal departments across the UK, US, and internationally to gather pricing and product information
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered on time
• Supporting the wider sales and operations teams with administrative tasks

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, communicating across teams, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• High level of confidence using Microsoft Excel, including intermediate formulas and data presentation tools
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Experience in a busy administrative or sales support role
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Access to a vehicle due to location
