Job Description :

A small but fast-growing team in Brentford who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

The Role:

As Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting the sales team and wider business. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for processing customer orders, handling incoming enquiries, and assisting the accounts department with invoicing and payment queries. You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers, so a professional and friendly manner is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and manage customer orders.

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

  • Liaise with the accounts department to support invoicing and payments.

  • Keep records and systems updated with accurate information.

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage (training provided).

  • Salary of £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience).
