- Creating and managing quotations and processing customer orders
- Making sure details are correct, chasing missing information where needed
- Supporting the sales team with inbound enquiries and partner opportunities
- Keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date and accurate
- Helping produce sales reports and forecasts
- Ensuring tasks are completed quickly, accurately, and with a smile

- Someone with business experience (maybe you’ve worked in admin, customer service, or sales support before)
