Sales AdministratorPertemps are currently recruiting for a temporary Sales Administrator to join a leading manufacturing company based in Chineham for a one year maternity leave contract.Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:- Support the team with the activities of the Sales department- Liaise with customers and provide technical assistance- Prepare quotations, letters, tenders and other direct communications on behalf of the Sales Director- Undertake a thorough contract review of orders received- Maintain a good working relationship with the sales representativesRequirements- Previous experience in an administrator role- Proficient with Microsoft packages- Strong administrative skills- Ability to work under pressure- Excellent organisational skillsThe Role:- Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 to 16:30 with a 30-minute lunch break- £13.00 per hour- Fully office based- 1 year contract positionIf you are interested in this Sales Administrator position, please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps.
