Our client operates in the wide format print, signage and visual communications sector whose customers are mainly printing companies who produce printed graphics for a wide variety of applications. They provide the materials to print on and display systems for presenting the finished product for example roller banners, outdoor banners, exhibition graphics, window advertising etc. and they have an excellent new vacancy for a highly proactive Sales Administrator to join their team.

Main responsibilities for the Sales Administrator:

An office based administrative support role, working together with a small team of external Sales Account Managers and Internal Sales Reps. The Sales Coordinator provides the central point for all sales related communication between a specific group of customers and the internal/external sales team and provides the back-up and administrative support to ensure the sales team can focus on their proactive activities.

Duties include:

  • Processing reports from Account Managers, which includes data entry into CRM, creating quotations and arranging samples.
  • Respond to all incoming enquiries by phone and email for a specific group of customers within set time parameters with quotation and technical information, and set tasks for internal sales team to follow-up the enquiry as quickly as possible.
  • Managing high volume of incoming emails and calls and ensuring tasks are prioritised and scheduled to ensure fastest possible response time to our customers.
  • Support the Account Managers and Internal Sales Reps with all administrative back-up, including working with other departments for example Procurement, Operations and Marketing.
  • Key customer account administrative support including consignment stock management.
  • Working closely with the Customer Service team who are responsible for all Order Processing and post-sale customer support.

What you will bring:

  • Experience working in an office environment, ideally within administration or similar sales environment;
  • Proficient using Microsoft office computer packages;
  • Ability to communicate with clients professionally and confidently;
  • High customer focus with a 'customer always comes first' attitude;
  • Be adaptive and flexible to meet demands of customer;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Able to prioritise your own work and that of others to ensure tasks are completed on time and customers dealt with promptly;
  • Able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team;
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail.

Qualifications:

·5 A*- C grades at GCSE (or equivalent) including one in maths and one in English
