Job Description:
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Our client, a market leader is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly sales office team based in High Wycombe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and email enquiries professionally
- Process quotations, proforma invoices, customer orders, and sales invoices
- Coordinate dispatch and liaise with couriers and logistics providers
- Prepare export documentation and liaise with warehouse and accounts teams
- Support Sales Managers with administrative tasks and CRM updates
- Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions (occasional travel required)
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Flexible, conscientious, and a team player with a positive attitude
- Quick learner with a good sense of humour and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a sales administration role is advantageous
- Familiarity with Pegasus Opera (or similar accounting software) is a plus but not essential
- Would consider a graduate
