About the Role

You’ll be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within the sales team, handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating administrative tasks. This is a hands-on role where multitasking, accuracy, and excellent communication are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting sales metrics using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively resolve issues relating to orders or customer needs with a positive and solution-focused approach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

  • A supportive and friendly working environment
  • Opportunities to grow and take ownership of your role
