SALES ADMINISTRATOR 

Hours (Monday - Friday: 8.30AM - 16.30PM)

Annual Salary £25,000 - £29,000

Day to Day Duties:

  • Speaking to customers/suppliers over the phone and email
  • Raising Purchase Orders/Invoices using Sage
  • General Admin duties 
  • Admin support to the Purchasing team
  • Excel spreadsheet updates 

Essential Skills:

  • Word including Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner 
  • Full UK Driving License required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous Administration experience gained in an office environment 

Desirable Experience:

  • Sage system experience 
  • Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry
