Sales Administrator – Permanent

Location: Maidstone

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Are you a detail-driven administrator with a flair for organisation and customer service?

Reed Business Support are proud to be working with a well-established client in Maidstone who are seeking a confident and proactive Sales Administrator to join their busy, friendly team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

  • Processing sales orders and managing order documentation
  • Liaising with customers regarding order updates, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and quotations
  • Maintaining accurate records using internal CRM systems
  • Assisting with stock management and invoicing
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or similar support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive approach with a can-do attitude
