I am currently working with a hugely successful supplier to the retail industry based near Wigan. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.
You will work closely with a designated Account Manager supporting them with their accounts. You will need to be confident, with the ability to share ideas and a positive attitude to driving team goals.
Your role will include:
- Support the Account Manager with all aspects of administration, account management and support for customers.
- Communicate with customers efficiently and effectively on a daily basis.
- Update and maintain the databases relating to customer product and pricing.
- Prepare regular retailer & market reports.
- Deputise for the Account manager during any period of absence.
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role and will have:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Have excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good team player
- Customer focussed and understands importance of service delivery excellence
- Is committed to continuous improvement of internal processes
- Commercially minded and be able to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels
- Completer finisher approach to work. Commitment to see tasks through to a successful conclusion within a set timeframe
