Job Description :

Our client is seeking a confident, tenacious and high achieving individual to join their company SalesAdministrator supporting a busy team. Annual salary £24,000. Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

This role takes on a lot of responsibility, so it is essential that you are organised, accurate, can provide an extremely high level of customer service, can prioritise your work load and take care in your work.

Duties:

  • Creating quotations in line with company guidelines
  • Inputting purchase orders
  • Invoicing
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients and colleagues
  • Efficiently scheduling installation, taking logistics plans into account

Experience required:

  • Salesadministration or coordinator experience beneficial
  • Pro-active 'get things done' work approach
  • Confident
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good verbal communications skills
