SALES ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR BUSY ESTATE AGENTS

ARE YOU ORGANISED, PROFESSIONAL AND CONFIDENT WITH ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE

SALARY £24-28,000 DOE

My client has an exciting opportunity for an ADMINISTRATOR to join their very busy sales department. They are looking for a strong Sales Administrator to oversee all administration for the sales team. Property Admin experience is desired but not essential.

Brief Role Description:

• Arranging Photography for new properties to the market
• Preparing and writing property details to launch on the website/property portals
• Ensuring all documents are in place
• Completing Anti Money Laundering checks/audit/reviews
• Reviewing online portal products for listings and updating as appropriate
• Producing management statistics and KPI reports
• Issuing memorandum of sale
• Updating records
• Other general administration duties when required

Working hours Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm Friday 9am-5.30pm.
