Sales Administration Manager

Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

£35,000 + Pension + Parking

This is a really exciting new role within a bustling organisation in the local area who require an energetic Sales Administration Manager to manage their order processing function.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the sales administration function and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently

- Liaising with high profile clients via telephone and email and establishing their individual requirements

- Inputting orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery

- Liaising with the Warehouse to arrange the despatch of goods and preparing delivery notes

- Investigating any issues that occur with orders and tracking down overdue deliveries

- Managing the computerised client database system and ensuring all information held is accurate and up to date
