Sales Administration Controller

Watford, Hertfordshire

£38,000 + Pension + Parking

This successful local Company are currently searching for an enthusiastic and efficient Sales Administration Controller to join their busy team and help maintain the high level of service currently being provided to their clients.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a high volume of client orders and inputting details onto the computer system

- Allocating stock required to meet clients’ needs and forwarding orders to the Warehouse for despatch

- Tracking orders being processed from instigation state through to successful delivery to customer

- Preparing required paperwork to accompany orders including packaging notes and instructions

- Raising client invoices on the accounts system and recording details of payments received from clients

- Managing any order queries that occur and ensuring all issues are investigated and resolved
