• Prepare weekly reports on sales, enquiries, progress on targets, and other essential data
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Director as needed
• Set up new developments on Salesforce and maintain accurate records across all live projects
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of pricelists, agency agreements, and reservations for international sales
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all sales and marketing processes are documented and up-to-date

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with the sales and marketing team
• Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail
