Sales Account Manager
Location: Northampton + Local TravelHours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with showroom support when not on the road

Now, they’re seeking a personable and proactive Sales Account Manager to maintain and grow key relationships across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire.
The role will be split between visiting designated funeral directors (within a 30-mile radius) and supporting the team in the Northampton-based showroom. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys nurturing existing relationships while also spotting new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and grow relationships with local funeral directors
Identify new partnership opportunities within the designated area
Represent the business with professionalism and care
Deliver on regional growth targets and contract wins
Provide support in the showroom when not on the road
What you’ll need:
Experience in sales, account management, or similar client-facing role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and self-starting attitude
Ability to manage your own diary and local travel
Professional, empathetic approach to customer service
