We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales/Account Manager to oversee a key relationship with a well-known estate agency.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, with regular travel to Hampshire and Surrey branches (2 days per week). You’ll be responsible for managing adviser performance, driving lead conversion, and maintaining a strong relationship with introducers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the estate agency account

• Support and lead mortgage advisers across the network

• Maintain and grow introducer relationships

• Monitor performance, compliance, and KPIs

• Travel to local branches twice a week

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a successful mortgage adviser

• Background in managing advisers or introducers

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong understanding of the mortgage market

• Full UK driving licence
