Hays Business Support are working with an exciting business based in Wolverhampton. Due to growth within the business they are looking to expand their Sales and Customer Service team. This is a full time, permanent position based in their office located within the Wolverhampton area.

Your new role

The main aim of the Customer Services Representative is to provide excellent service and to meet and exceed customers' requirements as well as achieving sales growth. The working hours for this role are 9:00-17:30 Monday-Friday. This role is office based and does not offer hybrid working.Your duties:

• Processing orders
• Processing inbound queries
• Support the retention and growth of the customer base
• Updating customer details
• Advising on products and offering alternatives
• Form meaningful customer relationships
• Liaising with warehouse and distribution
• Log customer issues
• General administrative duties

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in customer service and sales is ESSENTIAL
• Good administration skills
• Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner
