Bluebird Care is the UK’s leading provider of private Care at Home. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Care Assistants to join our thriving agency providing a high-quality and much-needed service to vulnerable people all over Bromley.

We have a number of salaried positions for which we are currently recruiting. These are not zero-hour contracts; successful applicants will be paid for the full duration of their shift:

  • Day shift: 07:30 – 14:00, min 5 shifts per week (at least 1 of which must be at the weekend),
  • Evening shift: 17:00 – 22:00, min 5 shifts per week (at least 1 of which must be at the weekend)
  • Or a combination of the above
  • Weekend commitment can be either 1 day every week, or both days every other weekend
  • Min 25 hours per week
  • Salary: £16,250 (25hrs/wk) - £26,000 (40hrs/wk)

What will you be doing? Our Care Assistants work out in the community helping our customers to live independently in their own homes. You will support customers with a variety of everyday tasks.

You will get thorough training, shadowing a mentor or experienced member of the team, and support while completing The Care Certificate.
