They pride themselves on their local expertise, strong community relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to their clients at every stage of the journey.About The RoleAs a RICS qualified Rural Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in developing new & existing projects and providing support services to the relevant clients/customers. The role involves supporting an expanding department in various professional work aspects including estate and property management, diversification and planning, valuations, taxation, succession planning, and more.Key Responsibilities
- Manage estate and property portfolios.
- Assist in diversification and planning projects.
- Conduct valuations, taxation, and succession planning assessments
- Prepare Farm Business Tenancies, Grazing Licences, and Contract Farming Agreements.
- Advise clients on Agri-environmental Schemes and Grants
- Facilitate land and property sales, as well as acquisitions.
- Handle utility and infrastructure compensation claims
- Provide expertise in renewable energy projects.
- Maintain a commitment to excellent client care.
- Utilise IT systems for efficient case management.
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a RICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor.
- Ideally a registered Valuer and FAAV, not essential but preferred.
- Commercially minded with a commitment to client care.
- IT literate with web-based case management system experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.
Hours Of Work
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Full-Time: Monday - Friday.
- 9am - 5.30pm.
