They pride themselves on their local expertise, strong community relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to their clients at every stage of the journey.About The RoleAs a RICS qualified Rural Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in developing new & existing projects and providing support services to the relevant clients/customers. The role involves supporting an expanding department in various professional work aspects including estate and property management, diversification and planning, valuations, taxation, succession planning, and more.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage estate and property portfolios.
  • Assist in diversification and planning projects.
  • Conduct valuations, taxation, and succession planning assessments
  • Prepare Farm Business Tenancies, Grazing Licences, and Contract Farming Agreements.
  • Advise clients on Agri-environmental Schemes and Grants
  • Facilitate land and property sales, as well as acquisitions.
  • Handle utility and infrastructure compensation claims
  • Provide expertise in renewable energy projects.
  • Maintain a commitment to excellent client care.
  • Utilise IT systems for efficient case management.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a RICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor.
  • Ideally a registered Valuer and FAAV, not essential but preferred.
  • Commercially minded with a commitment to client care.
  • IT literate with web-based case management system experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.

Hours Of Work

  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday.
  • 9am - 5.30pm.
